I actually had the chance to take several pictures this week, and I made sure to have Steph take pics. at school. Enjoy!
My parents got Hannah a Sleeping Beauty Princess dress for Christmas. However, they ended up sending it to us, because it fits her now. She loves it! Whenever she puts it on, she spins/twirls/sings/and giggles. Auh-to be a little girl!
I actually got her to say, “CHEESE!” here! She’s HUGE into Elmo right now (all she yells for is-YA YA-YA YA! That’s “Elmo” in Hannah speech). Anyways-they have a skit about cameras and saying, “Cheese!”. I think she gets it. Ben/Hannah are having worship here w/a “lift the flap” book about Jesus.
Here’s Hank-Hannah’s twin brother ;o) Just kidding-Hannah’s Blackhawks hat finally fits her (she got it when she was born). Ben was so excited! Check out the shirt.
It’s all about Chicago baby!
Ben was ALL about this wardrobe!
After multiple pics, Hannah was totally over it!
I love this shot that Steph (Hannah’s teacher) got at school. She look SO happy! Steph said that she really gets into doing the puzzles.
So sweet!
These were just taken today. They were playing around, and I had to get a couple of shots.
Ben said it was his turn for a ride. She wasn’t interested-and wanted back on him!
Other than what’s in the shots-I’ve had a bad reaction to citric acid asorbic acid (I think I’m allergic). I usually try to stay away from oranges/lemons/pineapple/etc., but I never thought that I had to stay away from tea. I LOVE tea! There’s one tea in particular that is my fav., and I’ve been drinking it a lot lately. I kept wondering why I kept getting canker sores, and now I think I know why. That tea has those acids in it-and now I have 5-count them-5 canker sores in my mouth. I can barely eat. Ugh-so annoying!
Also-it’s Night of the Living Dead in my classroom right now. The Majority of my class has been sick/and they’ve given it to me/Hannah. I’ve been on the verge of sickness for almost a week now. I think it’s mostly a head cold, but also very annoying. Ugh-to be back in full swing-all the germs are my nemesis. Especially when I can’t have vitamin C (the citric acid).
Oh-yesterday I went to a baby shower. It was a young girl from my school who would have been a Senior this year. It’s a very sad story-please keep it in your prayers. She was adopted, and now her family won’t support her. This girl had nothing, and was totally not prepared. However, she did get a lot at this shower, and God blessed me w/a whole lot of clothes for $30. Literally, this child will have a whole winter wardrobe w/lots of cute clothes. I spent all day yesterday before the shower trying to wash/dry them and it took forever. I had to to the shower w/them damp-so I hope the girl remembers to dry the clothes. It was enough to fill a bin plus a huge present bag.
She also got other things from me, and all the staff chipped in for a pack/play w/other important baby things-diapers/wipes/dreft/etc. Everyone really made an effort to make sure she had what she needed. The party I think was a major success.
Hannah now constantly says, “ousigh”-for outside. She would spend her entire day outside if she could. She’s constantly asking to “go!”. The girl doesn’t stay idle that’s for sure.
I’m getting VERY excited about going back home for my sister’s bridal shower. I’ll be back on the weekend of 26th/27th-and I’m highly looking forward to it.
Well-that’s all I have to report for now. Hope you guys had a wonderful Labor Day-and a grand week!
Oh Brandy, Hannah is getting prettier and prettier! And what a happy girl!
I’m glad you finally were able to post pictures.
And I hope you are feeling better. Talk to you (and hope to “see” you) soon!
